ally is outside reading books - yes actually reading them - she's 5 1/2
she will stumble on some words, then finish a few words and go back to make what might fit fit, or if she doesn't know she then skips and moves on
but she loves loves loves to read
bedtime is now so much easier since she is given 15minutes after the bedtime routine (which includes a story from one of us) to read her chapter books (mostly aussie nibbles)
ah so much like her father....
